Trapped - IH Awareness Month - Day 12

Trapped...it's definitely a feeling that comes along quite a bit for me with IH. I feel like I am locked inside a room that has no exit. There is one tiny spot on the floor but that's the only way out. There are no tools to help but you have to find a way out of it.
